organizational assessment & development
GEL works with councils and managers to provide an outside assessment of a variety of organization issues. We work with councils and managers to assist with efforts at organizational improvement and development. Efforts may include coaching the staff, identifying and suggesting task-flow corrections, analyzing the administrative process, and conducting an organizational analysis; efforts may mean working with staff and council to improve team dynamics or individual skill sets. These efforts are sometimes geared toward assistance with strategic decision-making and political navigation of issues through a myriad of debate, groups and decision-making.
