GEL works with cities and other governmental agencies to make councils and governing boards effective. This service involves conducting an orientation on how the city or agency functions; viewing local issues from state and national perspectives; and assisting with team building, board relationships and dynamics, board-staff relationships and dynamics, skill development, and public communication.
